Prioritizing Exercise

How do we redesign our lives so that we can focus on the top 5 “above the line” things and cut out some of the “below the line” items that are taking up our mental space, energy, and time?

Here’s a FREE exercise I use for myself and my clients when we are working on prioritizing things in life that align with our values and desires. The key is to get beyond our shoulds and supposed-to’s and tune into our bodies and ask our hearts to tell us what truly matters.

This is a powerful process, so carve out some time and space for yourself to complete it!  It’s a way to really cull things down and ultimately to learn about yourself and what are actually priorities for you.
